What are the Shipping Options?
Please note that the ‘Standard'(Ordinary) mail option is not tracked. You can choose the ‘Tracked’ (Certified) option before you checkout, in the basket section. We do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages if you chose the ‘Standard'(Ordinary) mail option. If you choose the ‘Tracked’ (Certified) option we can help you and file a claim to the post office if necessary. We package all items so they arrive as safely as possible.

How are your products packaged ?
We try to avoid using plastic with our packaging and as less packaging as possible to minimise our impact on the planet, however, at this moment we still use plastic for a few of our orders. We plan on being completely plastic free when we run out of of the packaging materials we already have.
All Prints are packaged in a biodegradable protective sleeve and reinforced by a cardboard mailer that will vary in size depending on the size of the print (A5/A4).
The Astronomic Calendar (Ephemeris) and Star Map (Planisferium) will also be packaged in a protective sleeve and reinforced by a cardboard mailer.
All macrame products will be packaged in a paper bag inside a cardboard mailer.
All our other products (cosmetics, ‘Tea’ sticks etc.) will be packaged in a cardboard box/Mailer.
Depending on location and order, we might cover the order with an additional plastic sleeve for extra protection.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from your purchase. Your order is shipped from Valencia, Spain. From there, delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs and public holidays. You can choose ‘Certified Mail’ and ‘Fast Mail’ options in order to track or receive your order faster. Please contact us for any special mailing request or any questions.
Here are the estimated shipping times (there may be some delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic):
- Spain: 2-4 business days
- Europe: 2-10 business days
- United States: 10-25 business days
- Canada: 15-18 business days
- Asia: 10-25 business days
- Australia: 10-25 business days (Right now we cannot send orders to Australia due to Covid-19 restrictions)
- New Zealand: 10-25 business days
- Rest of the world: 15-25 business days
If your order is taking longer than the estimated time, please double check the submitted address, check your local post office and contact us.
My order arrived damaged. What can I do?
Please send us your order number and a photo of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org
We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and send you a replacement if necessary. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages if you chose the ‘Standard'(Ordinary) mail option, since it is not insured.
Do you accept custom orders / comissions ?
Yes, please let us now you vision, it can be a variation of an existing product (for example a particular mandala or bracelet with different colours or stones) and we will make our best to bring it to life.
