We offer two kinds of Shipping Options, which you can select when you check out, in the basket section:
-‘Standard'(Ordinary): This shipping option is not tracked nor insured. This means that once we hand your order to the shipping service we loose track of it and cannot claim it in case of loss or damage. This is the cheapest mailing option and chances are it will be fine, we do package all items so they arrive as safely as possible. However, in case anything happens, we cannot take responsibility for them.
-‘Tracked’ (Certified):You will be given a number with which you’ll be able to check your order’s location and estimate a more precise delivery date. All tracked orders are insured in case of loss or damage. In order to receive insurance you will be asked to provide proof (photographs in case of damage) and might have to file a claim at your local post office. We’ll help you throughout the process.
If you’d like us to provide any other Shipping options, please don’t hesitate to contact us, we’ll do our best! Shipping rates will vary on location, you can use our shipping calculator when you place your order to view our shipping rates.
Our goal is to avoid using plastic with our packaging and as less packaging as possible to minimise our impact on the planet, however, at this moment we still have some plastic shipping supplies. We will replace them with more sustainable options once we use them up. As a really small business, we do our best to walk towards a more sustainable path.
-All Prints are packaged in a biodegradable paper protective sleeve and reinforced by a cardboard mailer that will vary in size depending on the size of the print (A5/A4).
-The Astronomic Calendar (Ephemeris) is packaged in a paper sleeve and a cardboard tube.
-The Star Map (Planisferium) is also packaged in a protective sleeve and reinforced by a cardboard folder and mailer.
-Cosmic bundles include the Calendar and Star Map packaging plus additional paper protection, bubble wrap and a recyclable plastic bag.
-All our other products (cosmetics, ‘Tea’ sticks etc.) will be packaged in a cardboard box/Mailer, If you order bottled goods (massage oils etc), bubble wrap and a plastic sleeve will be added for extra protection.

We will try to solve the problem as soon as possible and send you a replacement if necessary. Please note that we do not take responsibility for lost or damaged packages if you chose the ‘Standard'(Ordinary) mail option, since it is not insured.
Orders are shipped within 1-4 business days from your purchase. Your order is shipped from Valencia, Spain. From there, delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs and public holidays. You can choose the ‘Certified Mail’ option in order to track your order. Please contact us for any special mailing request or any questions.
